EARLY Pre-Fair Contests = EARLY Entry Opening May 20 and EARLY Closing June 8

Fair schedule includes mandatory 4-H check-in dates, show times and location.

ALL ELBERT COUNTY 4-H Families Must ENTER ALL 4-H MEMBERS & CLASSES BEFORE 5PM JUNE 8th to be entered as a 4-H competitor for any and all classes!

Step-by-Step for FAIR ENTRIES:

• STEP 1: Use 4HOnline to SIGN-IN

Please make entries for ALL your 4-H members BEFORE submitting your invoice.

• STEP 2: ADD EXHIBITOR

• STEP 3: ADD ENTRIES
• REPEAT 2 & 3 To add multiple 4-H members in your family:
  *Register ANOTHER Exhibitor *If you have more than one 4-H member, make sure to Register an exhibitor until each member has all their project classes entered.

Once all entries for ALL 4-H Members in the family are complete, then continue to payment:

• STEP 4: CONTINUE TO PAYMENT, finalize and submit your entries
  Entry Fee: $15 per 4-H member (sorry, no online payment option) There will also be a $10/head fee for market beef, market sheep, market swine and market goats to cover vet health inspections.

• STEP 5: SUBMIT
  Continue, "Agree to Terms":, then "SUBMIT."
  After you click Submit, you will not be able to add exhibitors or entries!

• STEP 6: PRINT & PAY INVOICE
  Deliver CHECK or CASH payment BEFORE JULY 1:
  To the Extension office on Fairgrounds, 95 Ute Ave., Kiowa OR
  Mail check payable to ECEF to P.O. Box 189 Kiowa, CO 80117.
